During my recent stay at Le Pinede, I experienced a delightful blend of culinary innovation and genuine hospitality. The restaurant's ambiance was pleasantly inviting, making it a perfect backdrop for breakfast. Instead of a typical Italian breakfast, I was greeted by the comforting aroma of fresh croissants paired with smooth jams and invigorating drinks like freshly squeezed juice and robust coffee. One morning, as I sipped an aperitif at the bar/lounge, I couldn't help but admire the thoughtful choice of local ingredients in their dishes. It was a treat to see how the chef creatively transformed regional flavors into something truly memorable. Although breakfast options were somewhat repetitive over the days, the warm staff made each meal feel special. They genuinely cared for our experience and even accommodated us by opening the breakfast service half a hour early on our last day, ensuring we didn't miss out due to our early departure. While the location offers access to serene private beaches and a nice pool area surrounded by lush greenery, it's worth noting that having a car is essential for reaching nearby attractions. In all, Le Pinede is ideal for a short culinary getaway, and its commitment to service shines through in every interaction.
